The Story so far

IIn an earlier life he was a writer, musician and producer who performed all over London and abroad with various bands and went on to write and co-produce an award winning feature film.

 

Having been involved with restaurants in France and Goa, Vick now wants to refine his dining concept with ‘three’ here in Rugby.

 

The concept is simple, to mix the best elements of French, British and world food and traditions to produce healthy great tasting comfort food.

 

 With this in mind, breakfast will be a crowd pleasing and lovingly prepared mix of Continental pastries, American classics and British favourites to give you the best start to the day.

 

Lunch will feature a French bistro approach to presenting a variety of world cuisine in two healthy, freshly cooked specials of the day. The Great British tradition of tea will be upheld with all cakes being home made by his wife or mother-in-law Suzy who really does bake the best buns, and this is not just a carry on.

 

Aside from these set pieces, light bites, deconstructed sandwiches and platters will be available throughout the day for those that like to keep it loose with evening drinks and nibbles available on Fridays. Breakfast will seque into Brunch on saturdays.

 

'Three' is available to hire for private events, drinks or dinners and we host our own events.

 

Now you may have joined the Ikea family, divorced your own or just want to go to a place where everybody knows your name, but in the end we’re all just brothers and sisters and all family here.
